Very pleased with the work completed by The Basement Doctor. Parker, Zach and Isaiah did a great job with the basement install of the Fortress system and glass block windows. My home is over 50 years old and posed some unique building obstacles. Starting with John, and the assessment and quote process, the team did a great job, communicated well throughout the process, and kept and left my home clean.
On a Friday, September 6, I heard a loud crack and My house shook. My house came off the foundation and I had a huge crack all around the basement, several inches thick, you could see the outside. I called The Basement Doctor, and Drew, project manager came out the same evening. Drew was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about how to repair this huge hole in our house and how to lift the house back on it's foundation. His crew of Chase, Hunter, and Kyle were out the following week to start the job, which took three days to complete. They did an amazing job and explained what they were doing. The crew were also very knowledgeable, they cleaned everything up as they worked and even fixed all the dirt around the house and even planted grass seed! I was told this was one of the worst they have seen. I am so impressed with Drew and the work team, their work is truly amazing, they were all so nice and did such a wonderful job. I am so thankful for all of their help and support.
Professional and knowledgeable! From the initial consultation with Drew to the final project completion, the Basement Doctor team was great! The foundation repair we had done was completed on time and matched the quote, with no surprises. Chase kept us informed throughout the entire process. The crew maintained a clean and organized work area. These guys are absolutely fantastic. Chase, Kyle, and Hunter exceeded all of our expectations! Great work! Scot Donnelly came and presented himself professionally. He did the contract and quoted the price for the job. Garth Hall showed up for the preview of how the job would be done. Then Garth and his crew showed up and did very professional work and completed the job in one day as quoted. We are very pleased with Scot and Garth’s performance in this project.
Sadly, there are few companies that actually do what they say and genuinely care about their customers. However, I'm happy to say that The Basement Doctor is one of them! Charlie and Garth (along with his team) were awesome. They were very professional and did a great job communicating all along the way.
