Innovate did an amazing job with our walk in closet and custom wardrobe. We interviewed 4 companies and decided to go with Innovate and are very happy with our decision. They were great with design. Price, professionalism and timeliness. They did everything they said they would and even surpassed our expectations.
Amazing product and great staff to work with. Bathroom renovations are daunting but at least buying my new shower surround was easy. I worked with Ryan and Sarah who guided me through everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Placed an order and it was delivered to my house days later. This will not be the cheapest option for shower surrounds but the product is high quality and beautiful as the picture of my new bathroom shows. Best value for money because you are dealing with a smaller business who will work closely with you from beginning to end versus a big box store. And the quality of the product is very good.
We are remodeling our master bath and used Innovate Building Solutions as the distributor for our Fibo shower wall panels. Mike spent a LOT of time with us and patiently answered all of our questions since we've never used a product like this before and our project was not a simple alcove shower. Georgia, the Accounting Manager, was also great to work with- she is very responsive and friendly. Overall great experience working with this company!
The entire experience with Innovate Building Solutions was fantastic, from start to finish. We were looking for a Murphy Wall Bed and had spent time looking into purchasing and installing one on our own, but the process felt a little daunting with something that really needs to be installed carefully and securly. We met with Mike and he gave us great options for a Murphy Wall Bed that fit our room perfectly and the price was fair as well. We got everything scheduled promptly and the communication was clear and timely while we waited for the custom unit to be created and leading up to the install. On the day of the install, everything went as planned, the crew was efficient, communicative and took great care in keeping the areas of our home they were working in clean and protected. The finished product is amazing, I am so glad we contacted Mike and his team for this project.
