Hegg Window and Door did an exceptional job throughout the entire process. Sales was not pushy to get your business. Answered all the questions we had. Communication from the office manager was amazing the entire time. With multiple follow ups on the window order status. Install team was great! Very nice, professional, and clean throughout the entire process. Hegg also sent someone out the Monday after the install to do a quality check and to document any touchup that was needed. Great company to do business with.
I can't say enough good things about Hegg Windows & Doors! I replaced all my windows and few doors in February 2024 and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning of the process, all the way to the final inspection, this was truly a stress-free experience. The attention to detail, follow-up communication, and respectful and pleasant employees. They seem to truly care about their customers! I also love that not only do they sell and install, at any point if you have an issue you work directly with them for service. Again, if you are looking for windows or doors for your home I would highly recommend!!!
I have been very pleased with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and great work from beginning to finish of the project to replace several windows in our family room. From the first meeting with Justin to the installation team, administration team and everyone we dealt with at HEGG. We had our front and rear exterior doors replaced by Hegg. The entire experience has been top notch. The door quality and the quality of installation was excellent. They sent an inspector to follow up and they noticed minor corrections that it needed that we didn't even notice. Customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process. I can't recommend them enough.
