My husband and I had Rosati give us a quote to replace all 12 windows and a 3 panel patio door in September of 2024. The price was well below other competitors. We were told it could take 3 months to get the windows. To our surprise, they called early December and sent out a team on December 6 to install. So far, we are extremely pleased with the windows. We replaced original aluminum frames with vinyl. There has been a significant decrease in air and noise. The install team of 3 men worked diligently from about 11am till 5 pm to remove the old windows, install the new windows with caulk, seal and trim; plus they removed all debris from the prior windows. Very efficient process. Thus far, we are very pleased.
We had an all-around great experience with Rosati Windows. From the sales process, negotiation, scheduling and installation, we couldn't be happier! A three man team completed the installation of 20+ windows in two days and drizzle! We got quotes from multiple window companies before deciding on Rosati and felt they were the most genuine and fair priced! We went with all white windows and it's amazing to see how crisp they look from the interior and how the trim on the exterior really makes them pop!
We have been wanting to update our home windows and back doors for quite some time, but every company was out of our budget. Until we had Rosati give us a quote. It was at least 60% less than their competitors quote. Great customer service, great contractors who put in the windows. They were wonderful with our dogs, very respectful of our furniture and pictures on our walls, cleaned up everything very thoroughly when they were done. We love the finished product and look. All said and done from the time we paid the deposit it took 4 months, but they make all the windows here in Ohio, we got a custom picture window made for our living room, and they were upfront about the timeframe of install. If I could give them higher than a five I would.
Three service visits and nothing has still been repaired……… It has been over 2 yrs trying to get service repairs on our French patio doors. The lower corner of the door frame where the screen door cylinder attaches rotted out. I don’t see that if it was properly installed originally that this would have happened. Either way, the service tech said it would be no problem to have it fixed under warranty. He ordered the required materials after the first visit. He did let us know fixing it would require taking off interior trim and redoing to entire section of the frame. We were told they would reach out to schedule once they had all required parts in the warehouse, but we’re never contacted after that. Life became busy for many reasons and when we reached back out again we were informed that they had everything for the repair in the warehouse over a year later, but be never received a call to schedule service. The second service call, I took a day off of work for the repair only to have the technicians inform me that it needed to be scheduled for all day and he had only been schedule for a half day appointment. He also said that they needed to order a lot more parts that were not included in the first order. Once again, no one reached out to reschedule the work. I called a month later to be told that they were still waiting on parts. We were finally able to schedule a 3rd visit and once again took another day off. Upon the tech arriving he once again said that he did not have all off the required parts for the repair. Another 2 and a half weeks have passed once again without follow up from the company. We are beyond disappointed and frustrated at this point!
We have some older rosati windows that had lost the paint on the exterior coil. I was able to contact Rosati and schedule the work. Due to weather issues we had to reschedule the work, but our Tech, Carlos was some with his communication about timing, wing late, traffic etc…. Without the awesome customer service from Carlos I’m not sure we would have e ever gotten the work done
